Sunday, October 23, 2016. It is almost Halloween which means we have carved pumpkins to be seen in another post. What does one do with the guts and seed of a carved pumpkin? Well my roommate is roasting the seeds, but I used the guts. I used the guts to make pumpkin bread and pumpkin juice. Both of these recipes come from my Unofficial Harry Potter Cook Book. I am so excited about this post because both turned out really delicious. First of all, here are the ingredients.
